If you help people find work — a career coach, a bootcamp, a newsletter writer, a recruiter — you can earn a share of what your audience pays us, for as long as they stay.
Codes are issued by hand at the moment. That is a deliberate choice, not a missing feature: it keeps the tracking first-party, and it means we know who we are working with.
What you earn
30% of every payment a referred customer makes, recurring for as long as that customer stays subscribed. Not just the first month.
Payouts are monthly. We send you a statement of referred customers and payments received, and pay on agreement. There is no self-serve partner dashboard yet — you get a statement from a person.
How to get a code
Email [email protected] with who you are and where you would share the link. We will reply with your code.
We read every request. We are looking for people whose audience is genuinely job-hunting, not for volume.
How your link works
Your link is the site with your code on the end:
https://cvder.app/?ref=YOURCODE
The same ?ref= works on any page, so you can link to whichever one fits what you are writing about:
https://cvder.app/pricing?ref=YOURCODE
https://cvder.app/free-ats-checker?ref=YOURCODE
How we track it — first-party, and that is the point
Your code is read from the URL by CVder's own code, kept in the visitor's own browser, and stored in our own database against their account when they sign up.
No third-party affiliate network. No tracking pixel. No advertising cookie. No cross-site identifier. Nothing about the visitor is shared with an outside company in order to pay you.
This is the same commitment as the rest of the product, and it is why the program works the way it does — see our privacy policy. A conventional affiliate network would have meant embedding someone else's tracker on every page, and we would rather run the program by hand than do that.
The honest limits of attribution
Referral tracking is never perfect, and we would rather tell you how ours works than argue about it later.
- First touch wins. If someone already arrived from another source before clicking your link, that first source keeps the credit.
- A click credits reliably when the person signs up in the same browsing session, or when they accept analytics cookies so the code can persist. Someone who clicks today, clears their browser, and signs up next month may not carry your code.
If you think a referral was missed, email us. We can look at what was recorded.
What we ask
- No bidding on the CVder brand name in paid search.
- No claims about the product that are not true — no invented statistics, no guaranteed outcomes.
- No spam, and no posting your link where it is not welcome.
We can decline or end participation at our discretion, and we will tell you why.
